My name is Vincenzo Ruggieri.
I was born in a small town in Central Europe to Italian parents. Growing up, I realized my unique technical skill set and became fascinated with images and sound and that's when the film & video production world opened the door for me.
Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been interested in moving pictures. I wanted to capture these special moments in life and make them last forever.
My Story
I started learning the business by carrying video equipment for a professional camera operator from a local TV station and assisting them in shooting and editing. Soon thereafter I carried my own equipment and started my own Movie making company. After working for some of the industry’s finest agencies, I decided to start my own business.
It gives me a unique opportunity to choose my projects, manage my time and work with the best in the business. I got my big break while on location on a glacier in Austria in 1989 where I was asked by a BBC producer if he would be interested in covering two British adventurers competing in "The Gold Rush Classic", a snowmobile race from Anchorage to Nome on the historic Iditarod trail?
I accepted the challenge and embarked on an adventure that was to change my life.
In 1990 I landed in Anchorage, Alaska, after covering the event I flew back home and 30 days later made the bold move to Alaska where I worked as a motel maintenance employee shoveling snow off the roof and trading for room and board.
My second big break came when I took over a TV program that the host abandoned on KYES TV 5. I then started a local newscast named "Valley News" and shot and edited as well as produced over 800 shows. I got my 3rd break as I became executive producer in a major motion picture called "Avalanche".
After 10 years in "THE LAST FRONTIER", I left the extreme North for Europe where I took care of my health-challenged parents. When my mother passes I decided to make my next big move. And 17 years after leaving Alaska I moved back to North America but this time to the extreme South.I pursued my passion for video production and finally, in July of 2021, I produced the 1st "AMERICAS PATRIOT NEWS" program that exposes the Truth, Freedom, and Integrity all other news stations refuse to air.
In October 2021 I had the pleasure of meeting Paul Lodato, General Manager of CTN Television WRXY. He invites me to the station and agreed to air my news program on the station. The newscast started airing on November 6th, 2021, and is now airing Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 6 PM. We hope to go live 5 days a week in January 2024.
